Procurement, inventory, sales, accounting, tax and payroll running as one system — where every document posts its own entries, and the stock you report is the stock you own.
Every module, written down
How each part of the system behaves, what each field means, and the order to do things in. Written for the people who run the business, not only for the people who install it.
DIGITZ ERP documentation
Start at the overview for how the system fits together, or go straight to the module you are working in.
One app on a shared platform
DIGITZ ERP is one of the apps in the DIGITZ Prime app store. Every app plugs into the same platform — the same data, the same governance, the same AI core — so you can start with one and add the rest when you need them, without a second system to reconcile against.
DIGITZ Prime
The platform underneath. Apps share one set of companies, items, parties and periods, so adding another does not mean entering the same information twice.
Eight modules, one shared core
Company, items, parties and periods are defined once and used by everything. No module keeps its own copy, so there is nothing to reconcile between them.
Each stage carries the last one forward
Quantities and values move from document to document, and each one records how much of its predecessor has been consumed — so the outstanding position is visible at every step.
Returns run the same path in reverse — and reduce the ledger they originally moved.
What each module lets the business do
Capabilities and the benefit behind them — not a feature list.
Stock & Inventory
- Stock valued continuously as it moves, so inventory reconciles to the ledger
- Buy, hold and sell in different units, with conversions recorded on the transaction
- Late paperwork entered on the date it happened, with everything after it recalculated
- Counted positions posted to the accounts rather than absorbed quietly
Buying
- Demand authorised before it becomes spend, checked against budget
- Goods received and billed as separate events, so accruals are real
- Every order shows how much of it has actually been consumed
- Returns reduce both the stock and the liability they created
Selling
- Quote, order, deliver and invoice as one traceable chain
- Availability checked before stock leaves, so fulfilment matches the promise
- Pricing applied from price lists rather than typed per deal
- Margin measured against real cost, not an assumed one
Accounting
- Entries posted by the document that caused them — no separate journal run
- Receipts and payments reconciled against the invoices they settle
- Statements, ageing and cash flow read from one ledger
- Periods closed deliberately, with the position carried forward
Taxation
- One rate definition tied to one account, applied everywhere
- Tax posted as it arises, so the ledger and the return agree
- Input tax recovered on expenses, not only on invoices
- Supplies declared by emirate, with the return's shape built in
HR & Payroll
- Attendance captured by device and agreed by a reviewer before it counts
- Salary derived from the units actually worked, not typed alongside them
- Leave priced by the policy it was taken under
- Any figure on a slip traceable back to the day that produced it
Projects
- Material issued to a job moves into work in progress against that job
- Budgets set per project and checked as commitments are raised
- Progressive billing against work actually completed
- Profitability reflects what was consumed, not an allocation after the fact
Services
- Bills of quantity priced, revised and tracked as amendments
- Job orders carrying their own material and labour
- Subcontracted work costed against the job that used it
- Estimates that become the basis for what is billed
